The APEX Framework™

Last updated: June 2025

A · P · E · X: Attract · Prospect · Engage · Execute. Every feature in AdvisorApex maps to one of these four phases so you always know where a lead is and exactly what to do next.

Why a Framework?

Most advisors lose business not because they lack skill — but because they lack a system. Leads fall through the cracks. Follow-ups happen inconsistently. The same objections get handled differently each time. The APEX Framework™ is the repeatable operating methodology that sits underneath every tool in AdvisorApex.

When you log in to AdvisorApex, every lead is in exactly one of the four phases. You always know their stage, their score, what AI actions are pending your approval, and what the next recommended step is.

A — Attract

The Attract phase is about bringing qualified Canadian business owners and high-income earners into your pipeline — not just any leads, but the right leads.

  • Customisable landing page funnels with CASL-compliant opt-in forms
  • Automatic lead ingestion with consent captured at source
  • Source tagging so you know which channel each lead came from
  • Landing page A/B testing to optimise conversion (roadmap)

When a lead enters through your funnel, they are immediately created in your pipeline with their CASL consent status, source, and timestamp recorded.

P — Prospect

The Prospect phase filters your leads before you spend any time on them. The AI Scoring Engine produces a 0–100 composite score across three axes:

  • Qualification score (0–40): Annual income range, business owner status, number of dependants, homeownership.
  • Intent score (0–30): Response speed, message engagement, appointment show rate, direct product inquiries.
  • Financial profile score (0–30): Existing coverage gaps, investment horizon, estate planning indicators.

A hard-fail province licensing check zeroes out the financial score if your advisor profile does not include an active licence for the lead’s province — preventing you from inadvertently pursuing leads you cannot legally advise.

E — Engage

The Engage phase covers everything between first contact and a confirmed appointment. This is where most advisors leak revenue — inconsistent follow-up, no-shows, and unprepared conversations.

  • Script Library: Canadian-specific conversation scripts, objection handlers, and discovery questions — drafted for the insurance and wealth context.
  • 4-Touch No-Show Prevention: Value message → 24h reminder → 3h nudge → 30m SMS. All drafted by AI, all requiring your approval before sending.
  • CASL-compliant nurture sequences: Multi-step follow-up campaigns that respect consent status and include working unsubscribe links.
  • Appointment booking: Schedule, confirm, and track appointments directly in the platform.

X — Execute

Execute covers the close and everything after it — the part of the pipeline that turns engaged prospects into placed policies and referral sources.

  • Application submission tracking and placed-in-force milestone
  • Referral request scripts triggered after successful placement
  • Client satisfaction and annual review scheduling
  • Pipeline velocity analytics: close rate, average days to placed, source ROI
  • AI-generated weekly advisor performance summaries
